Please note that during the current Level 5 Lockdown we have 3 shipping options available:

Click & Collect from the Salon - after your order is received we will contact you to organise a time to collect your goods. When you knock we will place them on the ground just inside the door and step back to allow you to pick them up.
FREE Delivery in Rush - if you live within the town of Rush we can organise to drop your order to your door. We will contact you to make sure you are home, then we will put the goods on your doorstep and ring your bell. We will step well back and wait until you open the door to collect your delivery.
Addresses outside Rush - we will use Parcel Motel Home Delivery. This is a 2-3 day shipping service. The goods will be delivered to your chosen address by Nightline/UPS. We can track your parcel via our Parcel Motel account so please inform us of any prblems or delays with shipping as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Caroline’s Beauty Room offers customers the chance to make purchases via our web site www.carolinesbeautyroom.com. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By completing your order you are confirming that you have read and accept them.

For the purposes of this document, 'Seller' refers to Caroline’s Beauty Room and ‘Buyer’ refers to the customer. All orders for goods are subject to these terms and conditions. No order shall be binding on the Seller until the Seller has accepted that order by e- mail. The Seller may at its discretion refuse to accept any order. All products are of limited supply and may not be available in the quantity required. Products may be withdrawn by the Seller at any time without prior warning.

Pricing

The price of goods shall be the price specified on the website, except in cases of obvious error. In this case, orders may not be accepted and the error will be rectified. Prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without any prior notice. Changes will not affect any orders the Buyer has placed prior to the date of the change and which the Seller has accepted.

Goods

Goods shown on the site are subject to change. Goods must be used in accordance with manufacturers instructions and we the Seller and our suppliers will not be held liable for any injury or illness resulting from misuse.

Ownership of the goods will only pass to the Buyer when the goods are delivered to the address the Buyer requested when ordering or upon collection by the Buyer or a nominated person of the buyers choice. By accepting the goods the Buyer has agreed that they have inspected the item for damage and are happy with its condition. The Seller will not be held responsible to damage to goods once the ownership has passed to the Buyer. All specifications, including but not limited to details of weights, dimensions and colour, are approximate only and shall not be binding on the Seller. No claim for shortages, damages or incorrect/non- delivery will be considered, unless it is notified to the Seller within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason they may be returned in exchange for a full refund within 14 days, once the item is unused, in pristine condition and in its original packaging with seals intact where applicable. The Seller may offer an exchange or credit note/voucher in place of a refund. Please note it may take up to 14 days for a refund to be processed and return of goods is at the Buyers own expense including but not limited to postage and couriers fees.

In the case of goods damaged or faulty on delivery, it may not be possible to provide replacement items, in which case the liability of the Seller shall be limited to the refund of the price of that item.

There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Caroline’s Beauty Room is committed to protecting your privacy and conducts business in accordance with GDPR laws. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to properly process and fulfil your orders. We also ask for your telephone number which allows us to contact you directly if there is a problem with your order. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential and we do not pass your information onto third parties.

Events Outside Our Control

The Seller will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. a "Force Majeure Event").

The Sellers obligation may be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

General

As a user of this website you may not copy anything from the site or take any step that may cause disruption, damage or financial expense to Caroline’s Beauty Room, its suppliers or any other users of the site.

Any variation to these terms and conditions shall have no effect unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by the Seller or an authorised representative.

By using this website you are agreeing to adhere to the Terms of Website Use governing the use of the Site and Our Privacy Policy which are deemed to be incorporated in these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and the EU. Any disputes that may arise shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland and the EU.

This does not affect your consumer rights.
