We worked tirelessly behind the scenes during the first COVID lockdown to ensure that when we re-opened we could do so as safely as possible for the good of our staff, our clients, our families and the greater community. We will continue to maintain precautions and the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Please make sure to read over this page very carefully, information is updated as requirements evolve and may have changed since your last visit.
We ask for your understanding and help as we try to navigate through these times and to keep our staff safe and our salon open.
Some services remain limited in order to allow us to manage safety and client numbers. This is due to the extremely close proximity and hands-on contact that we will have with you, for extended periods of time. We must all stay vigilant and respect each other.
With this in mind, we have procedures for you to follow when entering the salon and kindly ask that you comply with any and all staff requests. We will outline these fully below. We also have a full list of Terms and Conditions available for the salon, the link is in the page footer, but please note that where there are contradictions or differences between this page and the T&Cs, the guidelines on this page are the current, up-to-date requirements and override the T&Cs. If there are any queries or confusion, Caroline is more than happy to clarify the salon position.
Thank you for your patience in reading this and we will see you soon

We have a family member ill in hospital and want to reduce the risk of bringing infection home for any illnesses. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of any illness please reschedule your appointment. Please bring a mask with you if you can.

Please leave only one voice message or text. Multiple messages repeating the same thing via different platforms e.g. voice message and text and Facebook, just slow us down in trying to respond.
The easiest way for us to respond at the moment is by text or WhatsApp on 0833073399. Please note that this number is used for texting only and is not monitored for voice calls.
Note: these services are no longer available, e.g. full manicures, spray tan and normal nail polish.

Health Screening & Travel
The main priority in this salon is the safety of all staff, their families and other clients. We are in close, physical proximity to you, of less than 1 metre, for extended periods of time. This is not the same as running into a shop or outdoor dining. We thank you for your respect, consideration and assistance with this.
We ask that you take personal responsibility and use a common sense approach. If you feel unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been a close contact of someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 (within the last 5 days), please do not attend the salon. Appointments can easily be rescheduled. This also applies to any colds, coughs or ilnesses that you have been in contact with in the past 5 days that you would consider easily transmissable.
Vaccines, boosters & patch testing - If you have had a vaccine or vaccine booster since your last appointment for tinting, lash lift, peel products, microdermabrasion, brow lamination etc., you need to return to the salon for another patch test once you have passed the settling in period for your vaccine. This is to ensure you do not potentially take a reaction to the products and cause you any discomfort. Settling periods for each vaccine are: Pfizer - 1 week, Janssen and Moderna - 2 weeks, AstraZeneca - 3 weeks.
Travel - There is no requirement to wait to come in to the salon after you return but we do ask that you continue to use common sense and respect our staff. If you think you have potentially been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please contact the salon. Even if you are fully vaccinated, you can still carry and pass on the virus.

Exercise Common Sense
We ask for your honesty.
If you feel unwell, are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or are awaiting the results of a COVID test please do not attend the salon. Your appointment can easily be re-scheduled. If you have open cuts or sores on an area to be treated, please re-schedule your appointment.
If you are selfish and neglect to advise us of your symptoms you could be responsible for spreading the virus to the salon staff, their families or your fellow clients, causing the salon to close again. The staff depend on the salon for their livelihoods so we would kindly ask that you keep us informed.
If you have had a COVID vaccine within the past 10 days and are due in for a treatment that would ordinarily need a patch test, please let us know as you will need to be retested once the settling in period for your vaccine has passed (see below).

Patch Testing
All clients wishing to have tinting treatments, facial peels, collagen lift, brow lamination, lash lift or lash extensions will have to attend the salon for a patch test at least 48 hours before their first appointment or if it has been 6 months or more since your last treatment.

This is to ensure you do not potentially take a reaction to the products and cause you any discomfort. Settling periods for each vaccine are: Pfizer - 1 week, Janssen and Moderna - 2 weeks, AstraZeneca - 3 weeks.
This is due to the fact that the vaccines take 7-21 days to build protection and are active within your body. You could potentially react to a product that you never had a problem with before. It is possible that you may need to have a number of separate patch tests for your safety.

Closed Door Policy & Waiting
You must have an appointment to gain entry to the salon.
Please arrive for your allocated time and wait outside.
There is no indoor waiting area to reduce the number of people on the premises.

If the weather is not good, please make sure to wear suitable clothing and bring an umbrella.

Vulnerable and High Risk Clients
We have private areas that are available to our vulnerable and high risk clients. Face Masks
As At Jan 2023 - please note we are asking everyone attending the salon to wear a face mask for the forseesble future due to us having a family member ill in hospital. Please bring one with you if you can. Thank you
The wearing of face masks in the salon is now optional. However, there will be treatments and circumstances where you will be asked to pop one on as needed. Some of our treatments are carried out directly in the region of the face, for extended periods of time, e.g. lash extensions, HD brows etc., so these will require you to wear a mask. In addition, if we have a vulnerable client on the premises we may ask everyone in their vicinity to pop on a mask for the duration of that treatment. Please continue to bring a mask to salon to the salon just in case you need it.
When a staff member asks you to pop on a mask it is for good reason and it is required that you do so. If you decline, or are unable to wear one in that instance, it may mean that we cannot go ahead with that particular treatment.
Our staff will continue to wear face masks for all treatments. The salon will be well ventilated at all times and we will continue our cleaning and hygiene regimes.
We also ask you to continue to use common sense and if you are experiencing the symptoms of Covid-19, a cold, a flu, a tummy bug or something else that you feel will be communicable to a staff member, please do not attend the salon.
The ultimate decision and responsibility for this policy rests with Caroline, do not abuse or berate the staff for this, you will be refused service. You can request to speak to Caroline directly on the matter.
